Glass bead production primarily involves the following steps:

1. Raw Material Preparation: The glass raw materials are mixed evenly and various colorants are added.

2. Melting: The mixed raw materials are placed in an electric furnace and melted at high temperature. The resulting melted material is called "glass wool." The melting process requires careful control of temperature and time to ensure uniformity of the glass composition.

3. Glass Bead Forming: The "glass wool" is poured into a mold for shaping. Molds are available in two types: rotary and extrusion. The resulting glass beads are uniform in size and shape.

4. Heat Treatment and Cleaning: The formed glass beads are heat treated and cleaned to enhance their strength and brightness.
